My intake process for new leads could be better. What do you suggest I do to improve this?

We’d recommend a specific CRM like Highlevel, or Salesforce, to manage the leads to contacts and each of the most important touch points you and your team has with them. This ensures you don’t let great leads fall through the cracks, especially because most of them are scoping out other legal representation and the clock is ticking. We have great recommendations for screening all of your leads, and filtering through which ones are old or outdated. Ideally we want to have a team of paralegals answering the phones and distributing e-docs to initiate client/lawyer agreements.

How do I increase the quality of the clients contacting my firm?

This is done by making sure that on the landing page we have all needed information for the client to feel like you’ll treat them well, work hard to win for them and give them the lowest financial risk. We always suggest giving free consultations either in person or over the phone.
